AWAC MarketPlace Return Policy

AWAC MarketPlace Images:

  • The printed products from AWAC Market Place Photos cannot be returned, however they can be exchanged or refunded.

AWAC MarketPlace Warehouse:

  • Most used or unopened products purchased through AWAC Market Place Warehouse and delivered by AWAC.com can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Certain products come with distinct rules or specifications.
  • AWAC Market Place Within 90 days of receiving your package, you can return any refurbished items you purchased from AWAC Warehouse.
  • Baby Supplies:
  • Items for babies can be returned within 90 days after shipping receipt.
  • Baby registry gifts can be returned within 365 days of receiving your shipment.
  • Breast pumps must be returned unopened, in their original packing, and in their original, unused condition.
  • We won't reimburse the initial delivery costs if your return is not the result of an AWAC Market Place fault.

Gifts for birthdays:

  • Within 90 days of delivery, gifts that were purchased from your AWAC Market Place Birthday Gift List can be returned.
  • The registration owner's purchases are covered by the usual 30-day AWAC.com return policy.

Accessories and Clothes:

  • Up to 30 days following the date of delivery, you may return garments and accessories.
  • Because the item is custom-made for you, a return shipping fee will be deducted from any refund owed for items from The Drop Collections.

Collectibles (sports & entertainment);

  • Collectibles with a price of $35 or more must be returned via a traceable way. Additionally, all items worth more than $500 must be insured.
  • The item must be returned with all accessories, including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, and authentication, grading, and valuation certificates.
  • Items returned without the original paperwork will not be accepted.
  • For your records, take a picture of the item before shipping it back.




Coins for Collecting:

  • Within 14 days of receipt, get in touch with the third-party seller to ask for return details. 30 days after the day you received the item is the deadline for returning it by mail.
  • $35 or more worth of merchandise needs to be returned using a trackable shipping method.
  • For your records, take a picture of the item before shipping it back.
  • Coins that have been graded and coins that were originally packaged by the government must be sent back with all relevant paperwork and in their original packaging.
  • Returns that lack the original packaging and paperwork will not be accepted.
  • After delivery, collectible coins that have been harmed or otherwise changed cannot be returned.

Electronics and computers:

  • Within 30 days of purchase, new desktop computers, laptops, or tablets purchased from AWAC.com may be returned for a full refund if they didn't work when they arrived, were delivered in damaged condition, or were still in their original packaging.
  • If a consumer misrepresents the condition of a goods, AWAC.com may test computers that are returned because they weren't working when they were delivered and charge the customer a fee equal to 15% of the product's sales price.
  • Depending on the condition of the goods, the customer may be charged a higher restocking fee for any returned desktop, laptop, or tablet that has been misused by the customer, is missing parts, or is in an unsellable state as a result of user tampering.

Unique Gift List:

  • Within 90 days after delivery, gifts you've ordered from your AWAC Market Place Custom Gift List are returnable.
  • The registration owner's purchases are covered by the usual 30-day AWAC.com return policy.

Customized Items:

  • Products that are configured, personalized, or inscribed are considered customized products, and examples include engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, embossing, etching, carving, and printing. The A-to-Z Guarantee applies to customized products offered by independent vendors. Please take note of the following when submitting a claim for these items:
  • Within 14 days of receiving the goods to notify the third-party seller that it will be returned.
  • Unless the products are damaged/defective upon arrival, or materially different from what was ordered, the third-party seller is not required to accept refunds or exchanges due to personal configuration, inscription, or design on these products.
  • You are covered by the AWAC Market Place A-to-z Guarantee if there is an issue in the configuration, inscription, or design as a result of a mistake by the third-party seller.
  • The item must be returned with all product packaging, including boxes, and, if necessary, certifications of authenticity, grading, and assessment. Products cannot be returned if any necessary tags are missing.

Digital Products:

  • Games, software downloads, and purchases made through the AWAC Market Place App store, AWAC Market Place Digital Music store, or the AWAC Market Place Video store, unless otherwise noted, cannot be returned once they have been made.
  • Within seven days of purchase, books from the store can be returned. You are not permitted to view the book after a refund has been given. Visit Manage Your Content and Devices, click the Actions button next to the piece of media you want to return, and then choose Return for Refund.
  • You can always cancel your subscription to any of the publications (magazines, newspapers, and blogs) in the  Newsstand category by going to Manage Your Content and Devices. Visit Magazines and Newspapers for additional details.
  • Digital instructional resources can be exchanged for ones that haven't been downloaded within seven days of the original purchase.
  • If you unintentionally purchased songs or albums from our Digital Music Store using Alexa, you are entitled to a return and refund as long as you submit your request within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Fine Art:

  • Items containing fine art that cost $35 or more must be shipped back with a trackable shipping method. Additionally, all items worth more than $500 must be insured.
  • The item must be returned with all product packaging (boxes, etc.), certificates of authenticity, and appraisals.
  • Any Fine Art object that is returned without the original paperwork will be disregarded.
  • Fine Art products won't be accepted for return if they have been altered or damaged in any way after delivery.
  • Take a photo of the item for your records prior to sending a Fine Art return.

Furniture:

  • Within 30 days of delivery, furniture goods may be returned for any reason.
  • AWAC Market Place will assist you in resolving the issue, or will offer a no-cost return or replacement if the product is broken or defective.

Gift cards:

  • After being purchased, Gift Cards Gift Cards cannot be returned (except as required by law).

Hazardous substances:

  • AWAC Market Place does not accept returns of hazardous products, including flammable liquids or gasses.
  • For information about servicing, warranties, returns, and refunds, get in touch with the manufacturer directly.



Jewelry and timepieces:

  • $35 or more worth of jewelry or watches must be returned using a trackable shipping method.
  • The item must be returned with all accessories, including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, and authentication, grading, and valuation certificates.
  • Items returned without the original paperwork will not be accepted.
  • No returns will be allowed for items that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise changed after delivery.

Live Plants or Insects:

  • Fresh flowers, live indoor plants, or insects are not returnable to AWAC Market Place, but may be refundable.

Luxury Retailers:

  • All Luxury Stores products that qualify for returns must adhere to the rules listed below, and returns that do not will likely be refused. AWAC Market Place does not accept returns of beauty items created with hazardous components, such as flammable liquids or gasses. On the product detail page for these items, there won't be a "free returns'' notice.

  • Products from the Luxury Store must be exchanged in brand-new, unused, and unaltered condition. This includes any affixed tags (such as security tags and product tags), as well as any hygiene seals that may be necessary.
  • Along with the merchandise, any packaging or documentation from Luxury Stores should be returned. We look for brand packaging for packaging (provided by the luxury brand directly, different from the Luxury Stores packaging). This refers to any authenticity certifications, grading certificates, and warranty cards for product paperwork.
  • Use the return label we supply to send items back. Items must be returned using a trackable delivery method, insured for the item's value, and mailed using a signature shipping service in the rare instances where a return label is not provided.

Major Appliances:

  • Within 30 days after the purchase date, major appliances are returnable for any reason.
  • Unbox the package when it arrives and inspect the item to ensure it is accurate and damage-free. Inform the delivery team and refuse the delivery if the item is incorrect or damaged. They will assist you in setting up a free exchange or a refund.
  • AWAC Market Place can assist you in resolving the issue, or will offer a free return or replacement if you discover the item is faulty or damaged after delivery.

Mattresses:
Within 100 days of receiving your package, you have the right to ask for a return or refund for any reason.

  • Mattresses in their original packaging and unopened are acceptable for return.
  • Mattresses that have been unboxed, expanded, or that are full size cannot be returned but can be refunded.

Pet Food:

  • Pet food and similar products are not returnable to AWAC Market Place, but may be refundable.

Pre-Paid Phone or Game Cards:

  • Pay As You Go (or prepaid) phone cards or prepaid game cards (World of Warcraft, Xbox 360 Live, Wii Points, etc.) are not returnable to AWAC Market Place.

Applications and video games:

  • Within 30 days of purchase, software and video games can be returned for a full refund. Software and video games that are activated, played, or missing components must be returned, and the restocking cost might be as high as 100%.



Televisions:

  • Within 30 days of receiving the shipment, televisions may be returned for any reason.
  • Television returns must be brand new, include the original packaging, and have all personal data erased via a factory reset.
  • AWAC Market Place offers a free return or replacement if the product is harmed or flawed.

Tickets:

  • Theme park tickets are not returnable after purchase.

Items on a wedding registry:

  • Within 180 days after delivery, gifts received from your AWAC Market Place Wedding Registry can be returned.
